Running 37” tires on a 2023+ Ford Super Duty takes more than simply adding suspension lift. When paired with AEV’s 4” DualSport Suspension, the AEV 37” Tire Clearance Kit provides the additional clearance necessary for proper tire movement throughout the suspension’s range of motion.

On these trucks, one of the primary tire interference points is located at the lower portion of the aluminum fender. Under suspension articulation, a 37” tire can contact this area, potentially damaging the unsupported fender corner and the tire itself. AEV’s Tire Clearance Kit addresses this interference point by allowing the affected area to be precisely trimmed for the additional clearance required.

But creating clearance is only part of the solution. Trimming the fender leaves an open cavity where mud, dirt, and debris could otherwise collect behind the bodywork. AEV-designed closeout panels seal this opening and integrate cleanly with the truck’s existing plastic trim for a finished appearance that looks intentional and factory-like.

Manufactured from high-strength, 3mm plastic, the closeout panels offer excellent resistance to UV exposure, weather, and chemicals. A grained surface texture complements the surrounding OEM plastics, while the included AEV trim template helps make installation precise and straightforward.
