AEV first introduced OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket over 10 years ago. Today, we continue that legacy with our JL 2.5" DualSport RT Suspension Kit for the Jeep Wrangler.

As a true, expedition-ready suspension system, coil spring and shock tuning was essential to provide the optimal balance of load carrying capacity and ride quality that customers have come to expect from AEV. The AEV JL 2.5" DualSport RT Suspension Kit includes a set of our frequency-tuned, triple-rate coil springs to provide 2.5" of additional front and rear ride height.

As with all of AEV's expedition-ready suspension systems, the DualSport Suspension for the Jeep Wrangler JL is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant. FMVSS No. 126 is a rigorous standard set by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) which requires that all Electronic Stability Control Systems function as intended after any suspension modification. This ensures AEV's DualSport Suspension Systems maintain factory safety standards.

Customers can now fine-tune their Jeep Wrangler JL Lift Kit even further by choosing one of two available coil spring options:

  • 2.5" Standard Load – Coil Springs are optimized for an AEV-spec Wrangler with typical gear/cargo inside.

With the Jeep Wrangler Lift Kit installed, the JL Wrangler's front and rear suspension geometry is optimized with AEV's Stamped Geometry Correction Brackets for improved ride quality and handling.

The all-new ProCal SNAP is included for quick and easy speedometer recalibration. Proudly made in the USA and features AEV's Lifetime Warranty.

Maximum recommended tire sizes: Sport/Sahara (North America): 35x12.50R17 | Rubicon (North America): 37x12.50R17 | Sport/Sahara/Rubicon (Export): 35x12.50R17

Important Fitment Notes

  • Note for 2025 - 2026 Wrangler Owners: Certain 2025 and 2026 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) vehicles built on or after March 24, 2025 were produced with a faulty Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) software calibration, affecting the AEV ProCal and all other dealer and aftermarket programming tools. This DASM calibration could not properly accept tire size which then caused lane departure and auto high-beam warning faults and disabled certain driver assistance features. Please see attached Customer Bulletin for instructions on how to resolve the issue from your local Stellantis dealer.
  • Vehicles equipped with a manual transmission require additional programming by a local dealership to prevent clutch errors and transmission fault codes.
  • All maximum tire size recommendations are derived from AEV's product development process using AEV wheels and BFGoodrich tires.  AEV products are designed, developed and tested specifically to work with other AEV products. Mixing aftermarket or factory components with AEV components may cause interference/tire rubbing at full jounce or full lock.
